Laura attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University. She is an active member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO).
Laura’s interest in manual therapy started when she was in high school when she found interest in anatomy and how the body works as a whole. She developed a passion for wanting to help people through natural means. Laura believes Osteopathic Care should be available for everyone. Her Osteopathic approach is gentle and nurturing, she uses a hands-on-approach to build health in her patients through gentle manipulation of the soft tissues.
She believes that the body is capable of healing itself through being in the right environment. Her goal is to help patients live a pain free life, get to the source of why their body’s are not functioning the way it should, and eventually have her patients needing minimal intervention.
She treats in Mississauga and Oakville. She keeps her hours flexible so it’s not difficult to get appointments when you need them.
